How to become a sponsor

For the SEIO 2023 Organizing Committee it would be a great honor to be able to count on the support of all those companies and entities that wish to collaborate in the development of this great meeting, jointly organized by the Society of Statistics and Operations Research and the I.U. Operations Research Center of the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, which brings together the leading experts in this area at national and international level.

Today's society generates huge amounts of data, its analysis, interpretation, and optimal decision making are essential not only in the world of education, scientific research, public statistics and business, but in all areas of life, with the benefits for society in general.

The following is a proposal of different forms of collaboration and sponsorship that can be adapted to the needs of any company or entity.

How to collaborate

In order to facilitate the participation in the event of different subsidizing entities, three levels of sponsorship have been proposed, with the purpose of offering the maximum number of advantages to these entities. The levels are distinguished according to the services offered and the amount of their economic contribution:
• Bronze: Entities that contribute an amount between 600 and 1199 euros.
• Silver: Entities that contribute between 1200 and 2499 euros.
• Gold: Entities that contribute from 2500 euros.


The services that will be offered to the entities sponsoring the congress, without detriment to the fact that the organization can adapt to the different needs that may be required, are the following:

Bronze Sponsor:
• Logo on the event website and in the scientific program.
• Logo on the congress roll up.
• Possibility to use the congress logo in your own advertising until the end of the congress.


Silver Sponsor:
• Bronze Sponsor Services.
• Promotional material in the welcome kit (leaflet or brochure provided by the company).
• Publicity in social networks and in the congress photocall.
• Free registration to the congress.


Gold Sponsor:
• Silver sponsor services with free of charge on two congress registrations.
• Company advertising on the screens in the exhibition halls between sessions.
• Roll up poster with the company's own advertising in the coffee breaks.


Other separate services available to the company for subsidy are:
1. Insertion of the company's logo on the badge: 300 euros.
2. Insertion of the company logo on the invitations to the gala dinner and other social events: 300 euros.
