Each speaker is responsible for their poster and the organization cannot be responsible for printing, hanging, collecting or storing posters.
The posters will be hung on the available panels with the numbering that will be indicated in the poster area.
The poster's presenter is recommended to be present in the set up area for its exhibition (hall of the Faculty of Sciences) preferably 10 minutes before the start of the corresponding session, in order to to be able to attend to the pertinent queries.
