A position value for multigraphs

We extend to multicommunication situations the well-known position value for communication situations. Moreover, we will characterize this extension proving the transversality of the balanced link contributions property of Slikker (2005) that permits jointly with the component efficiency the characterization of the rule in the set of all multicommunication situations but also in different relevant subsets.
