P. Ramirez Cobo

This work is motivated by the analysis of survey data regarding the concept of adaptability of urban projects. The dataset is characterized by an ordinal response and predictor variables of mixed type (numeric, categorical and ordinal) involving both fixed, random and crossed effects. An ordinal regression model will be considered to model the dataset and some hints concerning statistical inference and extensions of the model will be given.

Keywords: clustered observations; ordinal categorial data; urban planning decision making
